When It Comes To Dealing With People...

If everyone could tell the truth,
the world would be a better place.
If everyone could tell the difference between lie and truth,
the world would be a better place.
So why do people tell 'little white lies'?
Is it supposed to make us feel better?
If you promised someone to be there for them when they fall into a pit of emotions,
is it not a lie when you won't even be there for the person physically?
So let me give you some advice that I've found useful.
When it comes to dealing with people,
always be straight forward and direct.
Don't tell them that it'll be alright,
when you know it wont.
Don't tell them your'll fix everything,
when you know you can't.
Don't tell them you know what their going through,
when you could never begin to imagine the hurt they feel.
Don't tell them little white lies,
because you will regret it later.
